Healthy Coffee Creamer Option

The importance of utilizing natural foods begins with what’s in the cupboard. And for this recipe, it all begins with using home canned pumpkin. If a home canned pumpkin is not available feel free to utilize an organic pumpkin puree from the market.

There’s no doubt that coffee creamers found in the market are delicious. These particular creamers add flavor to coffee, and in truth, I’ve been know to indulge in them. Daily. Like everyday, a few times a day.

Do not judge me.

I know that coffee creamers are nothing but hydrogenated oil, sugar, and thickeners. I know this. But yet, I continue to consume it. That is until Fall arrives and sugar pumpkins are readily available.

During this time of the year pumpkin flavored foods and beverages can be found everywhere. Including a pumpkin flavored coffee creamer. However, a good homemade pumpkin spice creamer recipe will knock any store brand out of the water, and it’s definitely a recipe worth trying.
