Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream, or whole milk, half-and-half
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree, made from home canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks

*Tip- You can make your own heavy cream!

  • Small Saucepan
  • Hand Whisk
  • Pint-size Mason Jar

Instructions 

  1. Over medium heat add heavy cream, puree pumpkin, and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Gentle whisk all ingredients together. 
  2. Add cinnamon sticks and increase heat to medium high.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, making sure to whisk often to prevent scorching. Allow the creamer to boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly prior to adding to coffee. 

Note

This recipe can easily be modified to suit your taste. The heavy cream can be substituted with coconut, almond, or cashew milk for a dairy free creamer. The spices can also be increased, and organic sugar or honey can be added to the coffee if a sweeter pumpkin spice creamer is desired.
