Shrub Heaven!
Before you begin making shrubs you should know what they are. Shrubs, or drinking vinegar, were once extremely popular during the 17th and 18th centuries. Recently, this beverage has made a quick comeback in the bar scene. Because of its sweetened, vinegary flavor the syrup is ideal to be added to sparkling water, an all natural ginger ale, and mixed with alcohol.
