How To Make Pepper Infused Vodka

Nothing pairs better with a Bloody Mary than your own pepper infused vodka

Ingredients

  • 2 Jalapeno Serrano, or Habanero peppers ~ feel free to mix peppers
  • 1 750 ml 80 proof vodka
  • 4 1/2 pint mason jars OR large swing top bottle

Instructions

  • Remove seeds from the peppers
  • Slice the pepper in strips or in rings
  • Evenly divide the sliced peppers into the jars and fill with vodka
  • Allow to infuse for a minimum of 1 week prior to consuming

Notes

The longer you allow the pepper and vodka to infuse the better the flavor will be.
