Homemade Cinnamon Whiskey | Copycat version of Fireball

Equipment

  • 2 regular mouth pint size mason jars, or 1 quart size jar
  • plastic lids, regular mouth jars
  • gifting jars such as this swing top bottle

Ingredients

  • 5 atomic fireballs per pint 9 for each quart, or more to your liking
  • 2 cups of whiskey per pint
  • 750 mL whiskey 80 proof or higher

Instructions

  • In a pint or quart size mason jar add the appropriate amount of whiskey and cinnamon hard candies. Add the plastic lid to the jars.
  • Shake the mason jars throughout the day until the hard candies have completely melted into the whiskey. This process can take a full day.
  • Once the candies are thoroughly melted, package for gifting or store in a cool dark location, in the freezer or refrigerator.
